6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 25x applies to the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be used in bets 25 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be received only once per account.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the related benefit will be cancelled.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation Circumstances

If a user operates multiple accounts, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the bonus system, the bonus will be cancelled immediately and the related balance may be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on mcw c must be conducted fairly. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error or software issue will be considered void.

7.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and can be seen on the relevant betting page. mcw c reserves the right to change these limits under special circumstances.

7.2 Bet Cancellation and Refunds

• If an event is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If the network is disconnected during a match, the result will be determined according to the server record.
• If a software error is deliberately exploited, all related transactions will be cancelled.

7.3 Live Betting

In live betting, odds may change at any time. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the user may be asked to accept the new odds. A bet will not be considered accepted until it is confirmed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw c platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account, card, or mobile banking.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to operate games or bets.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

mcw c may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

mcw c provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. mcw c does not accept liability for compensation if the service is disrupted due to technical issues, third-party failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Users place bets and play games at their own discretion and risk. mcw c is not responsible for money lost in bets. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the server record shall be considered final.

mcw c will not be held liable for losses caused by external cyber attacks, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
